The most important things to check before arriving at the start.

Know the limits

27K starts at 08:00 with a 9-hour limit. 11K starts at 10:00 with a 4-hour limit.

Carry the right gear

Mandatory gear can be checked during the race, and missing gear can lead to penalties or disqualification.

Be self-reliant

The race is run in semi-autonomy, so runners must be ready to manage themselves in mountain conditions.

Respect the mountain

Stay on marked routes, do not litter, and respect nature, volunteers, and other runners.
